register for the conference and pay
the registration fee.Papers without
registered presenter will not be
included in the Proceedings.

Hotel reservations
The organisers have reserved
accommodation for the conference
delegates for a very good price in
the best and newest hotel in Rovaniemi
located right in the city centre: Clarion
Hotel Santa Claus.The room rates are
69 / single room and 79 / double
room.The prices include buffet breakfast,
service and VAT.
Please include your hotel booking in the
online registration form and note that all
reservations, possible changes to your
reservation and cancellations are handled
through the conference office, not directly
to the hotel. Your hotel booking will be
confirmed together with your conference
registration. Reservations are made on a
first come-first served basis.
NB. The hotel fees are payable directly to
the hotel on departure. No deposit is
required. The hotel accepts all major
credit cards. |
