Registration All delegates and presenters must register for the conference. Presenters also pay the registration fee. Papers without registered presenter will not be included in the Proceedings. Please register by completing the on-line registration form before 1.9.2005. Complete the form carefully confirming your participation also to all the evening events and the Saturday Program. Send the form to the conference office by pressing the submit form-button at the end of the form. You will receive an automatic email message as soon as your registration form has been received and processed. Payments Please note that all payments must be made in euros (EUR) and free of bank charges to the recipient. If you choose the credit card alternative, the conference office will send you by email a separate credit card authorisation form to handle the payment. For national delegates invoicing is also possible; please contact the conference office. Your registration will be confirmed in writing. Cancellation Cancellations must be made in writing to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses. The registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is made before 31 July 2005. No refunds can be made after this date. Please note that a processing fee of €50 will be deducted from all refunds. Hotel reservations Accommodation for the conference delegates is reserved at three different hotels all located at the city centre. Please make your hotel booking using the conference registration form and note that all reservations, possible changes to the reservations and cancellations are handled through the conference office, not directly to the hotel you have chosen. Your reservation will be confirmed together with your conference registration. Reservations are made on a first come-first served basis. NB. All hotel fees are payable directly to the hotel on departure. No deposit is required. The hotels accept all major credit cards.
