SUBMISSION OF PAPERS BY APRIL 15, 2005 Full papers, not more than 4,500 words and with an abstract of 250 words, should be submitted by April 15, 2005. All papers will be refereed by an international review board.  Please, send your submissions to conference@ulapland.fi GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Papers are accepted in Microsoft Word DOC and RTF formats only. All authors should use the articletemplate as a basis for compiling their articles. The sample illustrates the general format for articles, and - more importantly - introcudes the Word styles to be used when encoding the structure of articles. All articles should be written in English (en-UK, if possible). Only papers presented at the conference will be included in the proceedings book.
